Tale
He’s smart
He’s lovable. He’s Dexter Morgan, America’s favorite serial killer, who spends his days solving crimes and his nights committing them. During season 8, Angel Batista was not always played by David Zayas. His for David Zayas Jr. fills in for his father in a few scenes, as the two look remarkably alike. Visible throughout the first season, Dexter has a large scar on his left side.
Performed at the 64th Golden Globe Awards (2007)
Later in season 2, the scar moved to his right side, leaving his left side unmarked. Dexter Morgan: Lived in the darkness for a long time. Over the years, my eyes adjusted, until the darkness became my world and I could see. Main Theme Written by Rolfe Kent Acted by Rolfe Kent. This will be my first IMDb review, there is not a day when I don’t visit IMDb to check the reviews of movies or TV series that I watch, I watch a lot of movies and series. For the first time in my life it happened to me that I couldn’t sleep after watching a series.
I watched Prison Break, Heroes and many others
The first season of Prison Break and Heroes were amazing. They inspired me so much that I got some tattoos on my body. However, both series let down as soon as they went to the next season. Heroes was a big disappointment but DEXTER… OMG series after series starts making me so curious about the next episode… damn, season 4. I just couldn’t sleep the whole night after watching it. I spent my weekend watching the episodes one after the other.
To start with Dexter (Michael C
Hall), his darkness was off the charts, he played the role so well that sometimes I wonder if he is the same in real life, but then I found out that Debra Morgan (Jennifer Carpenter) is his real wife who is playing his sister in this series. Damn, Debra is a character who is so confused and mostly controlled by the people around her, she always ends up doing something wrong but she always gets credit for the good things too. I love the part where you get to know what is going on in Dexter’s mind when he thinks about something or when someone is talking to him, also the part where he talks to his dead father Harry. (he just thinks about what his father would say in that situation). Every episode/character and every season is so well written and acted that you will hardly find any fault with them. My favorite characters are Dexter (pretty obvious), Rita and Vince Masuka.
(I apologize if my first review has some mistakes and offends anyone’s feelings)
Damn, Vince is so funny, he only says one word in the entire episode and it comes out so funny. I can’t wait for season 5 and I’m sure anyone who’s watched Dexter feels the same way I do.
